Stumbled into an interesting photo opportunity. We were out with the kid at a lights and colors science exhibit. It was great for the kid to play around and be amazed by lights in an otherwise dimly lit auditorium. Plenty of kids run around. This one toddler was running around with a giant, dried leaf (probably picked it up from outside… not sure why kids are fascinated by dried leaves 🤣).
In all that running around, the kid drops the leaf next to a multicolor light-emitting balloon “sculpture” (I did the best I could to describe it). This thing just sat there forgotten, getting washed over by the rotating hues of the nearby light sculpture.
It reminded me of the kind of filters we apply to mundane photos we post on Instagram. But here, I found light/color filters getting applied in real life 😆
So I just started clicking 🤳🏽
